Early-bird rates are available in limited numbers per category. Once the allocated quota is reached, registration will continue at the standard rate.

Your registration includes full access to the scientific programme (26–29 August 2026), covering three full conference days across four calendar days, access to posters and the exhibition area, daily lunch, and refreshments and snack during all scheduled breaks.

Registration is complete after full payment is received.
Early-bird rates apply only once payment is completed.
All prices are in EUR and inc. VAT where applicable.
Organiser may refuse/cancel registration at its discretion.

Cancellation before 1 July 2026: 50% refund minus €40 admin fee. After 1 July 2026 no refund.
Registrations may be transferred to another delegate until 24 August 2026. No refunds for no-shows.

Programme, speakers, venue or format may change. Such changes do not entitle registrants to a refund. In the event of circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control (e.g. government restrictions, public health measures, or venue unavailability), the Conference may be postponed, modified, relocated, or converted to an online format. In such cases, registrations remain valid. No automatic entitlement to a refund applies.

Attendance at own risk.
Organiser not liable for personal injury, loss or damage except where required by law.
Participants responsible for their own travel & health insurance.

Upon completion of registration, a payment confirmation will be issued. As the Conference takes place in the Netherlands, Dutch VAT applies to all delegates, including international participants. VAT reverse-charging is not applicable to conference admission fees. As the ISLC-PAIS Conference Foundation is a recently established entity, the Dutch VAT number is currently pending registration with the tax authorities. Once issued, a formal VAT invoice will be provided.

Requests for changes to invoicing details must be submitted to the conference secretariat and may be subject to an administration fee.
