Access is activated after full payment is received. You log in with your personal account; access is personal and non-transferable. Recordings become available shortly after the conference (26–29 August 2026) — you will be notified by email the moment they are online. Access remains available for as long as the ISLC-PAIS Conference Foundation and its video platform remain active.

You have 14 days after your purchase to change your mind and receive a full refund — as long as your access has not yet started. The recordings go online shortly after the conference; from that moment your access begins (you agree to this at checkout) and your purchase becomes final. In short: cancelling is possible within 14 days of purchase, but not once the recordings are available and your access has started. Picked the wrong package or have a question? Contact us at secretariat@islc-pais.org and we’ll sort it out together.

We aim to publish recordings of all sessions of the conference program. Publication depends on speaker consent: at the speaker’s request, some presentations may be edited, published in part, or not included at all. The recorded program may therefore differ from the live program. If a session is shortened or not available, this does not entitle you to a refund.

Your access is personal — please don’t share your login or distribute the recordings. Here’s why: sales of Video On Demand access fund the conference and make it possible to release the recordings freely to the whole community six months after the conference. Sharing during the paid access period undermines exactly that. Misuse therefore leads to termination of access without refund and a permanent ban. Want to watch with a group or institution? Contact secretariat@islc-pais.org — group licences are available.

Yes — that’s our mission. The recordings will be released freely to the whole community six months after the conference. Proceeds from Video On Demand access make that possible. By purchasing access you watch everything first — months ahead — and you help make open access possible for everyone.

We believe in being open about this. Producing Video On Demand is a serious undertaking: more than 100 sessions are professionally filmed, edited, subtitled, and hosted on a secure platform. Your purchase does more than cover production costs. The ISLC-PAIS Conference is organised by a non-profit foundation, and ticket sales alone do not cover a conference of this scale. Video On Demand sales help close that gap, build the financial foundation for the next edition, and fund our ambitions: keeping patient programs like the Patient Recap affordable, offering fee waivers to early-career researchers with outstanding abstracts, and releasing all recordings freely to the community six months after the conference.

Yes. After your purchase you automatically receive a payment confirmation and an invoice by email, stating the VAT applicable in your country — suitable for business expense claims. Organisations with a valid EU VAT number outside the Netherlands are invoiced with the VAT reverse-charged.
