Remote wearable monitoring of post-exertional malaise in daily life: preliminary results

This presentation explores how wearable technology can be used to objectively monitor post-exertional malaise (PEM) in people with ME/CFS. By combining continuous physiological measurements with daily symptom reports, the study aims to identify digital signatures of PEM, improve understanding of symptom fluctuations, and support the development of personalized pacing strategies and objective monitoring tools.
