Panel Discussion: From Biomarker Discovery to Clinical Application

Michael Peluso will open this session with a brief introduction outlining the current landscape of biomarker research in Long COVID and other Post-Acute Infection Syndromes. This introduction will set the stage for a panel discussion on translating promising biomarker research into reliable tools for diagnosis, patient stratification, and clinical trials. Together, the panel will discuss validation, reproducibility, biological heterogeneity, and the challenges of bringing candidate biomarkers into clinical practice.
