Panel Discussion: Rethinking Rehabilitation and Pacing in PAIS
Michelle Bull will begin this session with a short introduction outlining the current challenges of rehabilitation for people living with Long COVID, ME/CFS, and post-exertional malaise. This will be followed by a panel discussion bringing together clinical, rehabilitation, and exercise physiology perspectives to explore how pacing, activity management, monitoring, and rehabilitation strategies can be tailored safely to individual patients and different stages of disease.
